Planning Your Renovation

• Make a list prioritising what needs to be done. Often unforeseen circumstances occur and choices have to be made during a job that may include cutting other things.

• Determine a budget. We offer free estimates and give you the best advice and what can be done based on your budget. 

• Decide on a time frame and be prepared to alter you day to day around construction while the job is in progress. 

Once you have an idea on the type of work you would like done the next thing would be to contact us. Email or call us with a basic vision of your project. Gamma Enterprise will then set up a time for an onsite walk through to discuss specific options for your project. Estimates are done within 7 days of the walk through. Every step of the project is outlined and priced. Once you decide that Gamma Enterprise can bring your visions to life a final contract is put together. We don’t ask for money upfront, first payment is done at the end of the 2nd week.
